For example, we collect information through website analytic programs,  when processing payments, and to learn how to offer you a better product. However, we won’t give that info to anyone else except as outlined in this Privacy Policy.

When we take private information from you such as payment details, these are held securely to ensure privacy and are not shared except as outlined herein.

Like virtually every company, we do use third party companies to provide some parts of our service, so when you are making payments for example, you will need to give your payment details to our payment provider.

This Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) governs the manner in which Erabelle collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of erabellestudio.com website (“Site”). Personal Identification Information

We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, subscribe to the newsletter, purchase services from us, attend a fitness class at any location, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site or at a physical location. Our web logs collect standard web log entries for each page served, including your IP address, page URL, and timestamp. We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. How We Collect Information

Erabelle may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

To improve customer service – Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
To personalize user experience – We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

To improve our Site – We may use feedback you provide to improve our products and service.

To process payments – We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to provide the service.

 

To run a promotion, contest, survey or other Site feature – To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

To send periodic emails or text messages or call you – We may use the email address or phone number to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails and/or text messages that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails or texts, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. We also use emails, text messages, and phone calls to provide information about any services you purchase, such as providing class information.

How We Store and Protect Your Information

Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others except as provided herein. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.


We may disclose information about our users if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. 

We may disclose information about our users to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms of Use; respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third parties; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of us, our users, or the general public. 

We may disclose information about payment information if there is a dispute over payments made to us.

We may disclose your information to third parties for use by us. We do not sell personal data; however, we may share data for targeted advertising as defined under applicable law. This may include disclosure to email marketing providers to provide targeted marketing for our users. If you do not wish to receive email marketing from us, you will have the choice to unsubscribe from the service.

We may disclose your information to another company in connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.

We may disclose your information to service providers who assist in operating the Site or providing any services, including website hosting providers, payment processors, instructors, third party apps, email marketing providers, analytics providers, and security providers.

If we meet the requirements of being a controller of personal data, then personal data is only used by us for use with our business. You have the right to opt out of future sales, targeted advertising, and profiling based on the data that we have collected by notifying us in writing of your intent to opt-out. If for any reason your request to be removed is denied, you will receive notification from us and information about appealing this decision. Compliance with Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

​Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

Erabelle has the discretion to update this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically and become aware of modifications.

Do Not Track Signals
