We’re building a team that believes in thoughtful movement, meaningful connection, and creating an experience where every person who walks through our doors feels welcome and supported.
As we prepare to open Erabelle, we’ll be hiring for a variety of roles across barre, Pilates, studio operations, and our playroom. Full job descriptions, compensation details, and certification information are currently being finalized.
We anticipate beginning interviews in November, with hiring and instructor certifications taking place in early December, and opening in early January. Certification pricing and additional details will be shared as they are finalized.

A Note From Our Founder
Erica, Founder
I started Erabelle because I believed there was a better way to make movement and self-care part of our everyday lives. I carry that same belief into the kind of workplace I want to create.
I've always believed that when someone invests in you, you should invest in them right back.
I want to build a team where people feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions, celebrating wins, and being themselves. Where we hold each other to high standards, but never lose sight of the importance of having fun. Where we work hard, support one another, and continue learning along the way.
As a new business, I know we'll have plenty to figure out together. I don't expect perfection, and I don't have all the answers. What I can promise is a willingness to listen, learn, and keep finding ways to make Erabelle a place where people are proud to work.
Because the experience we create for our members begins with the experience we create for our team.
